Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, if your order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
Refunds and Replacements
We offer refunds, replacements, or store credit in the following cases:
- Wrong Item: If you receive an incorrect order.
- Quality Concerns: If the product arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our standards (photos required).
Order Changes or Cancellations
- Custom Orders: Modifications or cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Standard Orders: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup/delivery.
Pickup and Delivery
- Missed Pickup: Orders not collected within 4 hours of the scheduled time will be discarded without a refund.
- Delivery Issues: If we deliver to the wrong address, we will promptly correct the issue at no charge.
